Of course !😍
When I read this question, I immediately thought of ‘I’m Happy Just To Dance With You’ by The Beatles. 😊
I couldn’t agree more with these statements:
“Groups and collectives like ours are important to question the authority and power of certain music genres, and the contexts and social dynamics of the club scene,” & “We want to bind ourselves to each other so the web of resistance can get stronger.”
~ Reminds me of the article you posted a while back (‘Stonewall at 50: The riot that changed America’s gay rights movement forever’), isn’t it nice what dance and music can do? People can dance no matter their mood (form of self expression) + it unites people and helps them form a resistance against the haters!
Also,’Suspension’ and ‘Troublemaker Records’ sound pretty cool.
Thanks for this, it was a heartwarming article.
Also ,think Whitney Houston’s Song“ I wanna dance with somebody “is so important today I mean everybody drives escooter and watch on the phone but dancers who dance together ,I didn‘t see that often in 2019 ..😄😍💃🏻
the music in this article is cool! Thank you. The KIT KET one is something I can totally get behind.
Ps: 🙊 “To be fond of dancing was a certain step towards falling in love “…:D
